Part 2 AMENDMENT OF THE INCOME TAX ASSESSMENT ACT 1936

Section 24AB of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in the index of payments set out in that section:

"Partner allowance Section 24ABPA"

after:

"Newstart allowance Section 24ABM".
