This Subdivision sets out the process for applications to be made and approved and agreements to be entered into.

SECTION 396-60 Applications  
396-60(1)
An entity that wants to be approved as a borrower in relation to a particular project must give a written application to the Commissioner.

396-60(2)
The application must be in a form approved in writing by the Commissioner and must contain all information that is required for proper completion of the form.

Electronic applications

396-60(3)
An approval by the Commissioner of a form of application may require or permit the application to be given on a specified kind of data processing device, or by way of electronic transmission, in accordance with specified software requirements.
