SECTION 5-3 ANNUAL INCENTIVE AMOUNTS 5-3(1) [Components of incentive amounts] The annual incentive amount for a private health insurance policy is: (a) the amount set out in the following table; or (b) such other amount as is determined in writing by the Minister.---------------------------------------------------------------------
