SECTION 4   ACT BINDS THE CROWN  

4(1)   [Act binding on Crown]  

This Act binds the Crown in each of its capacities.

4(2)   [Crown not liable to prosecution]  

This Act does not make the Crown liable to be prosecuted for an offence.
