SUB-FUND IS ESTABLISHED ON REGISTRATION
1222T(1)
A sub-fund of a CCIV is established at the beginning of the day on which the sub-fund is registered.
1222T(2)
The sub-fund ' s name is the name specified in ASIC ' s record of the registration.
