In this Part:

amending Act
means the Treasury Laws Amendment (Strengthening Corporate and Financial Sector Penalties) Act 2019 .

commencement day
means the day on which Schedule 1 to the Treasury Laws Amendment (Strengthening Corporate and Financial Sector Penalties) Act 2019 commences.
