SECTION 235
REQUIREMENT FOR PERSON TO LODGE ORDER
235(1)
If an order is made under section 233 , the applicant must lodge a copy of the order with ASIC within 14 days after it is made.
235(2)
An offence based on subsection (1) is an offence of strict liability.
