678   APPLICATION OF CRIMINAL CODE TO OFFENCES BASED ON SUBSECTION 674(2), 674(5) OR 675(2)  

The Criminal Code applies to an offence based on subsection 674(2), 674(5) or 675(2).

Note 1: Chapter 2 of the Criminal Code sets out the general principles of criminal responsibility.
