ASIC MAY MAKE FINANCIAL BENCHMARK RULES
Subject to this Division, ASIC may, by legislative instrument, make rules (the financial benchmark rules ) dealing with one or more of the matters permitted by this Subdivision.
Note: This Chapter applies to a CCIV in a modified form: see Division 4 of Part 8B.7 .
