PART 3 - GENERAL RULES RELATING TO EXTERNAL ADMINISTRATIONS Division 60 - Remuneration and other benefits received by external administrators Subdivision C - Remuneration of provisional liquidators SECTION 60-16 REMUNERATION OF PROVISIONAL LIQUIDATORS 60-16(1)A provisional liquidator is entitled to receive such remuneration, by way of percentage or otherwise, as is:
(a) determined by the Court; or
(b) if:
(i) no determination by the Court is in force; and
(ii) there is a committee of inspection;
determined by agreement between the liquidator and the committee of inspection; or
(c) if:
(i) no determination by the Court is in force; and
(ii) there is no committee of inspection or the liquidator and the committee of inspection fail to agree;
determined by resolution of the creditors.
60-16(2)
Sections 60-11 and 60-12 (Court review) apply in relation to a determination mentioned in this section in the same way as they apply to a remuneration determination made under section 60-10 .
