Schedule 1 Amendment of Acts

Repeal the subsection, substitute:

(5) A reference in this section to an offence under this Act includes a reference to an offence created by:

(a) section 6 of theCrimes Act 1914 that relates to this Act or the regulations; or

(b) section 11.1, 11.2, 11.4 or 11.5 of theCriminal Codethat relates to this Act or the regulations.
