Division 1 - Interstate restraining orders  

SECTION 304   Effect of registration  

304(1)    
An * interstate restraining order registered in the Supreme Court of a Territory under this Division may be enforced in the Territory as if it were a * restraining order made at the time of registration.

304(2)    

This Act (other than sections 33 , 42 to 45A , 142 , 169 and 179SA , Division 5 of Part 2-1 , Part 2-3 and Division 4 of Part 4-1 ) applies in relation to an * interstate restraining order registered in the Supreme Court of a Territory under this Division as it applies in relation to a * restraining order.
