36   Paragraph 6AA(4)(e)

Repeal the paragraph, substitute:

(e) Petroleum Act adjacent area means:

(i) an area that is an adjacent area for the purposes of the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1967; and

(ii) the Joint Petroleum Development Area within the meaning of the Petroleum (Timor Sea Treaty) Act 2003.
