SECTION 29-1  

29-1   MINIMUM NUMBER OF MEMBERS REQUIREMENT  
An Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporation meets the minimum number of members requirement if the corporation complies with the requirement in subsection 77-5(1) .
