MODIFICATION BY REGULATIONS
The regulations may modify the operation of Parts 7-2 and 7-3 in relation to: (a) a specified Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporation; or (b) all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporations of a specified class.
The regulations may modify the operation of Parts 7-2 and 7-3 in relation to: (a) a specified Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporation; or (b) all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporations of a specified class.
