Division 668 - Delegation  

SECTION 668-1   DELEGATION BY REGISTRAR  

668-1(1)    
The Registrar may delegate all or any of the Registrar ' s powers and functions to:

(a)    a Deputy Registrar; or

(b)    an SES employee, or acting SES employee, in the Department; or

(c)    an APS employee within the Office of the Registrar of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Corporations who has the expertise appropriate to the function or power delegated.

The delegation must be in writing.

668-1(3)    
In exercising functions or powers under a delegation, the delegate must comply with any directions of the Registrar.
