Schedule 8 Amendments relating to family tax benefit (commencing on 1 July 2008)

Repeal the paragraph, substitute:

(a) the individual:

(i) has at least one FTB child; or

(ii) is not an absent overseas recipient and has at least one regular care child who is also a rent assistance child; and
