A New Tax System (Family Assistance) Act 1999

83   Paragraph 38A(2)(a) of Schedule 1

Repeal the paragraph, substitute:

(a) if the individual has a shared care percentage for the FTB child - the individual's shared care percentage of the FTB gross supplement amount; or
