Repeal the cell, substitute:

Immediately after the commencement of item 10 of Schedule 9 to the Anti-Terrorism Act (No. 2) 2005. However, if section 3 of the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 commences before 14 December 2006, the provision(s) do not commence at all. |
