SECTION 185-10 MEANING OF COUNCIL-SUPERVISED OBLIGATION  
185-10
All of the following *enforceable obligations are Council-supervised obligation s, to the extent to which they relate to risk equalisation, *health benefits funds or Division 163 (*prudential standards):
(a) a provision of this Act;
(b) a provision of any Private Health Insurance Rules made under section 333-20 or 333-25;
(c) a provision of the regulations;
(d) a direction given to a private health insurer under this Act.
