Division 313 - Power to enter premises and search for documents related to complaints levy  

SECTION 313-20   IDENTITY CARDS  

313-20(1)    
For the purposes of this Division, the Secretary of the Department must issue an identity card to an [*]

approved form. It must contain a recent photograph of the authorised officer.

313-20(2)    
A person commits an offence if:

(a)    the person has been issued with an identity card; and

(b)    the person ceases to be an [*]

(c)    the person does not, as soon as it is practicable after so ceasing, return the identity card to the Secretary of the Department.

Penalty: 1 penalty unit.


313-20(3)    
Strict liability applies to subsection (2) .
