Schedule 2 Search powers on certain ships and aircraft

Repeal the subsection, substitute:

Definitions

(8) In this section:

officer means any of the following:

(a) an officer within the meaning of subsection 185(5);

(b) an officer within the meaning of subsection 185A(7).
