59   Subparagraph 8G(3)(a)(i)

Repeal the subparagraph, substitute:

(i) the sum of the beneficiary’s trust income and the beneficiary’s spouse’s income for surcharge purposes exceeds the beneficiary’s family surcharge threshold; and
