SECTION 103   AUDITOR ' S FEES AND EXPENSES  

103(1)   [ Fees payable by licensee]  

The reasonable fees and expenses of the auditor for preparing the audit report are payable by the licensee.

103(2)   [ Fees recoverable by action]  

The auditor may recover those fees by action against the licensee.
