3 Subsection 22A(1)
Repeal the subsection, substitute:
(1) For the purposes of this Act, work out when a Cabinet notebook is in the open access period in accordance with the following table:

1 January in the year that is 51 years after the creation year. Example: A Cabinet notebook that came into existence in the year 1959 is in the open access period on and after 1 January 2010. |
