Business Names Registration Act 2011
If ASIC cancels the registration of a business name to an entity, ASIC must give written notice of the decision to the entity and ASIC ' s reasons for the decision.

52(1)
If the Registrar cancels the registration of a business name to an entity, the Registrar must notify the entity of the decision and the Registrar

s reasons for the decision.
52(2)
However, if the Registrar is unable to contact the entity, the Registrar must publish a notice of the cancellation in the manner that the Registrar thinks fit.
