460   Transitional - reports under the Ozone Protection and Synthetic Greenhouse Gas Management Act 1989 for pre-commencement quarters

Despite the amendments of section 46 of theOzone Protection and Synthetic Greenhouse Gas Management Act 1989 made by this Part, that section continues to apply, in relation to a quarter ending before the commencement of this item, as if those amendments had not been made.
