Schedule 2 Expert Panel

Repeal the subsection, substitute:

(5) However, if there is no majority, the decision of:

(a) if paragraph (b) does not apply - the President; or

(b) if the President has appointed a person to be the Chair of the Expert Panel under paragraph 620(1A)(a) - the Chair;

prevails.
