12   Paragraph 15CA(1)(c)

Repeal the paragraph, substitute:

(ba) subsection 133-120(2) in Schedule 1 to the Taxation Administration Act 1953; or

(bb) subsection 133-140(1) in that Schedule; or

(c) section 390-5 in that Schedule;
