83   Subsection 183UA(1) (note at the end of the definition of Customs place )

Omit "for parliamentary disallowance of an instrument approving a place under paragraph (f) of the definition", substitute "that an instrument approving a place under paragraph (f) of the definition is a legislative instrument".
