Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013
The rules may make provision for the following: (a) the use, management or disposal of relevant property by the Commonwealth or a non-corporate Commonwealth entity; (b) the acquisition by the Commonwealth or a non-corporate Commonwealth entity of property that is to be relevant property; (c) the recovery of debts by the accountable authority of a non-corporate Commonwealth entity; (d) for the purposes of reporting and auditing:
(i) treating a part of a non-corporate Commonwealth entity as separate from the entity; and
(e) the name or purposes of a non-corporate Commonwealth entity that is prescribed by the rules to be a listed entity; (f) the Finance Minister authorising payment of an amount if, at the time of a person ' s death, the Commonwealth owed that amount to the person (including authorising without requiring production of probate of the will of the person or letters of administration of the estate of the person).
(ii) treating that part instead as a separate non-corporate Commonwealth entity;
