SECTION 67   LIABILITY FOR UNAUTHORISED GIFTS OF RELEVANT PROPERTY  

67(1)    
A Minister or an official of a non-corporate Commonwealth entity is liable to pay an amount to the Commonwealth if the Minister or official makes a gift of relevant property in contravention of section 66 .

67(2)    
The amount the Minister or official is liable to pay under subsection (1) is the value of the relevant property.
