Fisheries Management Act 1991

87   Transitional - subsection 166(3) of the Fisheries Management Act 1991

(1) This item applies to a certificate if:

(a) the certificate was given under subsection 166(3) of the Fisheries Management Act 1991; and

(b) the certificate was in force immediately before the commencement of this item.

(2) To avoid doubt, the certificate has effect, after the commencement of this item, as if it had been given under subsection 166(3) of the Fisheries Management Act 1991 as amended by this Act and any reference to the term "facsimile" in that certificate were a reference to "fax".
