REVIEWER OF DECISIONS
78(1)
The reviewer of a reviewable Secretary decision is:
(a) the Secretary; or
(b) an authorised review officer.
78(2)
The reviewer of a reviewable Commissioner decision is:
(a) the Commissioner; or
(b) a delegate of the Commissioner.
