Australian Apprenticeship Support Loans Act 2014
If: (a) a reviewer makes a decision under subsection 81(3) ; and (b) at the time of the reviewer ' s decision, a person has applied to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for review of the decision reviewed by the reviewer;
the reviewer must give the Registrar of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal written notice of the reviewer ' s decision under subsection 81(3) .

commences. However, the provisions do not commence at all if that Act does not commence. S 82 will read:

82(1)
This section applies if:
(a)
a reviewer makes a decision under subsection
81(3)
; and
(b)
at the time of the reviewer
'
s decision, a person has applied to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of the decision reviewed by the reviewer.
82(2)
The reviewer must give the following written notice of the reviewer

s decision under subsection
81(3)
:
(a)
the Administrative Review Tribunal;
(b)
the person who applied to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of the decision.
