160   Subclauses 31B(1) and (2) of Schedule 1

Repeal the subclauses, substitute:

(1) Subject to clause 31C, the amount of the energy supplement (Part B) to be added in working out an individual's Part B rate under clause 29 or 29A is worked out using the following table.
