73   Subsection 61A(2)

Repeal the subsection, substitute:

(2) A person appointed or employed under:

(a) a law of the Territory mentioned in subsection 61(1); or

(b) section 10;

must at all times behave in a way that upholds the Norfolk Island Public Service Values.
