Schedule 2 Final arrangements etc.

Insert:

court officer of New South Wales means a person holding, or performing the functions or duties of, any of the following offices:

(a) any of the following offices in a court of New South Wales:

(i) Judge;

(ii) Magistrate (however described);

(iii) Master;

(iv) Registrar (however described);

(v) Clerk (however described);

(vi) Sheriff (however described);

(vii) Bailiff (however described);

(b) any other office that is:

(i) in respect of a court of New South Wales; and

(ii) specified in the regulations.

court of New South Wales includes a tribunal established under a law of New South Wales.
