Schedule 1 Amendment of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975

Repeal the paragraph, substitute:

(a) the following group of persons is a listed entity:

(i) the Registrar;

(ii) the staff of the Tribunal referred to in subsection 24N(1); and
