Schedule 2   Consequential amendments for ethanol and biodiesel

Excise Tariff Act 1921

1   Subsection 6A(10) (subparagraph (b)(ii) of the definition of CPI indexed rate)

Repeal the subparagraph, substitute:

(ii) subitem 10.7, 10.12, 10.20, 10.21 or 10.30; or
