280   Subclause 12C(4) of Schedule 1A

Repeal the subclause, substitute:

(2) The variation takes effect when the notice of variation commences under the Legislation Act 2003.

Note: Section 12 of the Legislation Act 2003 provides for when a legislative instrument commences.
