7   Application of amendments

(1) The amendments made by this Schedule apply in relation to any rules of court, whether made before or after this item commences.

(2) However, this item does not affect rights or liabilities of parties to proceedings commenced in a court before this item commences, to the extent that those rights or liabilities arose from, or were affected by, rules of court referred to in subitem (1).
