PART 2 - LOANS TO STUDENTS  

Division 1 - Secretary may approve loans  

SECTION 7   SECRETARY MAY APPROVE LOANS  

7(1)    
The Secretary may approve a loan for a student for a course of study if the Secretary is satisfied that:

(a) the student is an eligible student (see Division 2 ); and

(b) the course is an approved course (see Division 3 ).

7(2)    
The loan is a VET student loan .
