91 Subsection 355-65(2) in Schedule 1 (table items 5 and 5AA)
Repeal the items, substitute:

(a) the *Student Assistance Secretary; or (b) the Secretary of the Department administered by the Minister administering the Higher Education Support Act 2003 |
is for the purpose of administering any *Commonwealth law relating to financial assistance to students. |

the Secretary of the Department administered by the Minister administering the Trade Support Loans Act 2014 |
is for the purpose of administering that Act. |
