A New Tax System (Family Assistance) (Administration) Act 1999

80   Subsection 3(1) (paragraph (b) of the definition of TFN claim person)

Repeal the paragraph, substitute:

(b) in relation to a claim made by a claimant for CCS, means:

(i) the claimant; and

(ii) the claimant's partner (if any) at the time the claim is made; or
