32   Transitional provisions

(1) The approved Guide to the Assessment of Rates of Veterans' Pensions in force under section 29 of the Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986 immediately before the commencement of this item continues in force on and after that commencement as if it were the Approved Guide to the Assessment of Rates of Veterans' Pensions in force under that section as amended by this Schedule.

(2) Subitem (1) does not prevent a variation or revocation of the Approved Guide to the Assessment of Rates of Veterans' Pensions on or after the commencement of this item.
