66   Transitional provisions

(1) The scheme in force under section 91 of the Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986 immediately before the commencement of this item continues in force on and after that commencement as if it were the Repatriation Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme in force under that section as amended by this Schedule.

(2) Subitem (1) does not prevent a variation or revocation of the Repatriation Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme on or after the commencement of this item.
