78   Transitional provisions

(1) The scheme in force under section 105 of the Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986 immediately before the commencement of this item continues in force on and after that commencement as if it were the Vehicle Assistance Scheme in force under that section as amended by this Schedule.

(2) Subitem (1) does not prevent a variation or revocation of the Vehicle Assistance Scheme on or after the commencement of this item.
