33   Subparagraph 7(a)(ii) of Schedule 2

Omit "or a service pension or is receiving income support supplement under Part IIIA of the Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986", substitute ", a service pension, income support supplement under Part IIIA of the Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986 or a veteran payment".
