123 Subsection 23YDAC(1) (after paragraph (aa) of the definition of crime scene index)
Insert:
(ab) at any place outside Australia where:
(i) a crime within the jurisdiction of the ICC; or
(ii) a War Crimes Tribunal offence;
was, or is reasonably suspected of having been, committed; or
